At Canadensis, our goal is to create an environment that is emotionally, physically and socially safe for campers and their parents in a first-rate facility. Focusing on the individual needs of each child within a group living setting, our approach is to promote a community defined by tolerance and acceptance where campers feel connected to their surroundings while developing friendships that are sure to last a lifetime.
“Our approach is to promote a community defined by tolerance and acceptance…”
Our well-rounded daily program combines a structured activity schedule that encourages bunk / age-group unity and the experience of trying new things with an elective schedule that allows campers time for individual opportunities and personal skill development. This is supported by a pro-active, experienced, mature, fun and properly trained staff dedicated to making the needs of our campers their number one priority.
Each summer, parents will be comforted to know that although they are not at camp, they are an integral part of their child’s experience as we adopt a “partners in parenting” methodology. We are committed to open and honest communication as needed to ensure our families that we know their child and are doing everything to achieve each child’s happiness.
